Greasy, Dirty Hands? Essential Oils to the Rescue!

I went to the car wash the other day, and spent 10 minutes spraying my car down with one of those self-serve washing hoses. The car looked great when I was done!

BUT, I was left with another mess to clean up: I didn’t realize that there was grease on the hose that I was using, resulting in dirty, greasy hands. ICK!

I had some napkins and wipes in my car, and those didn’t make a difference because they couldn’t cut thru the oil that was caked on.

Luckily, essential oils came to my rescue! I’ve used Lemon essential oil to break thru grease in the kitchen, so why not use it on my hands? It’s a safe, natural way to cleanse without having to use harsh chemicals.

At home, I pulled out my bottle of lemon essential oil, dropped 3 or 4 drops into the palm of my hand and rubbed my hands together. Next, I rinsed my hands with warm water and towel dried them… and they were as good as new!

It’s amazing to see all of the ways that essential oils can help around the home: health, mood management, cleaning, etc. The possibilities are endless!
